A well-regarded London Council is seeking a Property Lawyer to join their large, friendly team on a locum basis.
This assignment will be conducted remotely and will begin on a 3-month contract with a view to extend on a rolling basis.
My client is requires someone who can hit the ground running, therefore you must have experience of working for a local authority as a Property Lawyer.
The successful Property Lawyer will handle a variety of matters, including but not limited to:
- Open space land
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Compulsory purchase orders (CPO)
