Locum Property Lawyer

Remote Working

£35-45 Per hour

Locum Property Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in the Home Counties on a remote working basis for a period of 3 months initially and the view for further extension.

Our client is a highly sought after place to work and holds a great reputation in the market. This client is able to offer a range of commercial property work and has a number of ongoing development and regeneration projects to which you will be able to get involved with on the property side.

The successful property lawyer will be required to work autonomously and part of a wider property team.

Our client is open to considering full time and part time applicants, ideally those from a public sector background but is happy to consider private practice candidates also. They are ideally looking for a start around July time but would be willing to wait for the right candidate.
