Sellick Partnership are working with a fantastic Local Authority based in Nottinghamshire who are seeking part time Locum support with their criminal litigation matters.
The successful candidate will provide advice on all aspects of prosecutions law, for example but not limited to:
- Trading standards
- Hygiene regulations
- Planning enforcement
- Benefit fraud
- Environmental matters
This is a part time role (2 to 3 days per week) and will be working remotely for the duration. However, you will be required to be present at hearings at the courts in Nottingham if in person attendance is required. The assignment is for 2 to 3 months initially but will be reviewed nearer the time and potentially extended dependant on workload. Prior experience of Local Government prosecutions is essential for this role and you must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister to be considered.
