Locum Regeneration and Property Lawyer

Duration: 6- 8 months

Working hours: Full or part time hours will be considered

Fully remote working available

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting on behalf of our local authority who are in need of an experienced property lawyer with regeneration experience.

The purpose of this role is to provide legal support to the Regeneration and Property teams delivery of ambitious town centre regeneration plans and legal work arising from the Council's property portfolio. Supporting the Principal Regeneration & Property Solicitor alongside managing own large caseload.

Casework will include: Development agreements, title issues, covenants, planning, subsidy control, as well as full range of BAU property work.

Person specification

We are looking for a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive with recent and relevant experience within property law and regeneration. Local Authority experience is highly desirable however those with relevant experience form the private sector will also be considered.
