The Role: Locum Residential Conveyancer
Contract Type: Ongoing Locum assignment
Our client, a long established leading firm based in Surrey, is looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their highly trained legal team on a full time locum basis while they recruit for a permanent appointment. The role would suit an experienced conveyancer who is technically competent and is available to start in May.
This opportunity will allow the Locum Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of matters which will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and Leasehold matters
Applications for this Locum Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers or legal executives who have at least 5 years' experience dealing with a wide range of domestic property matters. Ideally the successful applicant will have gained experience working with case management systems.
