The Role: Locum Residential Conveyancer
Contract Type: 6 Month Locum
Our client, a regionally respected firm based in Staffordshire is looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their team due a maternity cover leave requirement. The role would suit an individual who is technically competent, immediately available and able to commit to a long term role.
This opportunity will enable the successful Locum Residential Conveyancer to manage and progress a full caseload of matters which will include but not restricted to:
- Sales and purchases
- Leasehold and freehold matters
- Transfer of equity matters
Applications for this Locum Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent who have gained at least 5 years' PQE dealing with a wide range of domestic property transactions.
