Locum Education Lawyer is required to join a shared legal service of three local authorities on a locum basis for 4 - 5 months and you can undertake this role completely remotely.

Our client currently provides legal services to three local authorities and as such you will be required to join a team of education lawyers with assisting them with an existing caseload alongside new matters being brought to them. The role will be mainly undertaking SEN matters but there will be other education law matters in relation to schools and academies alongside this with significant advice related work.

The role requires someone with previous education law experience due the role being completely remote and no direct supervision therefore someone who has either worked in a local authority or serviced local government clients either in a private practice, chambers or consultancy setting. The role is covering the back end of a maternity leave cover but there is scope for some exrension depending on workloads.
