Nottingham, Nottinghamshire (East Midlands)

Temporary, 3-6 Months+

£Competitive rate - Umbrella or PAYE available

Are you looking to work with a professional team of Trades? Have you ever worked with a company who values their staff?

Our client, an organisation based in Nottinghamshire is searching for an organised Maintenance Planner. You will be instrumental in assisting a team of Trades and Repairs Admin on a temporary basis during a busy period.

Duties of the Maintenance Administrator role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Raising new jobs and inputting on to Repairs Admin systems
  • Logistically scheduling in works according to date, time and urgency
  • Issuing order numbers
  • Sourcing and ordering materials for operatives
  • Issuing job sheets and planning works
  • Acting carefully to ensure correct documentation is given to the Construction Operatives
  • Dealing with invoice queries ad general enquiries
  • Working under pressure to organise works required

As the successful Maintenance Admin you will have:

  • NVQ in Administration or Equivalent Admin/ Maintenance Planning experience
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and preferably Admin/Planning systems
  • Good work ethic and capability to work collaboratively to get works completed
