Maintenance Planner required to work with a Coventry based association. My client are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join their team on a temporary, full time basis.
As the Maintenance Planner you will be working within the property services responsible for supporting the team with planning repairs.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner include:
- Ensuring that all works are appointed correctly to the appropriate resource and all timescales are met
*Allocating works regarding to day to day repairs and maintenance
*Scheduling and prioritising works accordingly
*Monitoring work flow and resources available
*Dealing with enquiries from tenants reporting repairs and contractors
*Ensuring data is correctly applied to the system
*Managing KPI's effectively
Required skills and experience of the Maintenance Planner:
- Previous experience of repairs within social housing
