Maintenance Works Planner

Full time, Permanent

£24,500-25,500 per annum

Leicester, Leicestershire (2-3 days in the office per week)

Are you looking for your next repairs and maintenance planning opportunity? Would you like a rewarding and fast-paced opportunity in the Housing sector?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known and well-respected client based in Leicestershire, for a Repairs Administrator to join a well established team.

Duties of the Maintenance and Repairs Planner role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Extensive liaison with tenants and team members
  • Organising and scheduling trades operatives diaries
  • Dealing with difficult planning situations
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and recording data
  • Working closely with the Compliance Team to ensure best practice
  • Managing contractors diaries and emails
  • Typing letters, memos, emails and reports
  • Logging building works orders

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience in works and repairs planning/scheduling

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Ideally experience using Repairs Planning programmes such as Castleton (MRI) formally known as Impact Response, Northgate etc
  • Experience of working within Building Services, Construction, Housing Management, Housing Maintenance or the Property Services sector.
