Great opportunity working as a Major Projects Lawyer!

Sellick Partnership are working with a well-regarded council to help them find a Major Projects Lawyer to join them on a locum ongoing contract. Working remotely and starting as soon as possible.

The Major Projects Lawyer will work on a series of regeneration projects and will handle:

  • Commercial property
  • Contracts including construction contracts
  • Regeneration

This work will be undertaken with the council's client department and will involve supporting them in the above areas to help progress their projects.

This is a lovely varied role with interesting work, working with a very well respected council. This contract will be ongoing so it has the added benefit of greater longevity and security.

Prior experience in projects and regeneration is required for this role but all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, not just those who have worked in local authorities before.
