Great opportunity for a Property Lawyer with experience of Major Projects work!

Sellick Partnership are working with a London Council to help them find a Major Projects Property Lawyer to work on an interesting project.

The Major Projects Property Lawyer will work fully-remotely on a locum basis. They'll work with the council's client department on the project in question, handling:

  • High-level queries
  • Strategic and project lead management
  • Client management
  • Regeneration matters including CPOs
  • Commercial property such as purchases, sales, lease extension

Prior experience in commercial property, regeneration and major projects is a must. Local authority or other public sector in-house experience is beneficial but not a requirement if sufficient awareness of local government policy and procedure is demonstrated.
