Sellick Partnership are currently looking to recruit an interim Assistant Management Accountant to join an NHS organisation in the East Midlands.
Key responsibilities for the Assistant Management Accountant:
- Producing timely management accounts to tight deadlines
- Budget monitoring and variance analysis
- Working closely with budget holders and senior management
- Provision of financial reports, including forecasts
- Critically review budgets, expenditure and variances as appropriate
- Assist with the annual budget setting process
- Resolving queries
The successful candidate must have significant experience gained in a similar position within an NHS environment. In addition, you must be IT proficient particularly in Microsoft Excel. You will be well organised, methodical, have a high attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.
Essential experience for the Assistant Management Accountant:
- NHS is desirable but not essential
