MI Analyst

MI Analyst sought for a leading insurer based in Crewe. Our client is looking to appoint an MI Analyst to assist in the development of their MI capabilities at group level. This will involve creating a new reporting process and reporting system from scratch.

 

As part of this role you will be required to liaise with stakeholders from across the whole business to understand what relevant data needs to be included in the newly created reporting system. You will work with teams including Actuarial, Pricing, Claims, Marketing, Sales and Finance. The ideal candidate will have experience of creating MI dashboards and scorecards.

 

This role has the potential to progress quickly to an MI Manager role as the team grows. Our client is also in the middle of an extensive modernisation programme of its offices and IT infrastructure with a multimillion pound investment.

Requirements:

- Strong technical MI / data skills

- Previous experience of / ability to create MI processes from scratch

- You will be an expert user of Excel and SQL (including coding).

- Experience of Tableau, Power BI, R or Python would be advantageous.

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work with stakeholders to find practical MI solutions
