Multi Skilled Plumber
Burton on Trent

Our client based in Burton on Trent are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join their team on a temporary basis

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Plumber:

  • Repairing bursts, renewing sections of feed pipework
  • Tap overhauls/renewals
  • W.C. overhauls/renewals
  • Sanitary ware repair/replacement
  • Replacing and piping up kitchen sinks
  • Clearing blockages/unblocking drains
  • Cylinder repairs/replacements (direct/indirect)
  • Preferably able to work on unvented domestic hot water systems
  • Knowledge of central heating systems
  • Able to frame out and box in baths, renew bath panels
    Able to repair/renew kitchen base units, doors, drawers and worktops
  • Able to replace sections of ceiling/patch plaster to walls

Essential criteria of the Multi Skilled Plumber:

  • NVQ level 2 (level 3 preferable) or City & Guilds in plumbing/gas servicing
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Asbestos Awareness training (within last year)
  • Manual Handling training (within last year)
  • Full Valid Driving License
  • DBS checked
  • Experience in social housing repairs preferential
