Multi Skilled Operative

Burton, Full Time

Temporary Ongoing

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a public sector client in Burton who are looking for a multi skilled operative to join their team on an ongoing basis

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative include:

  • Carrying out multi skilled work on void and tenanted social housing properties
  • Completing full wall or patch plastering
  • Carrying out plumbing duties including installation, repair and maintenance
  • Completing all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery
  • Gaining entry to properties and completing lock changes

Required Criteria of the Multi Skilled Operative:

  • Own tools (power tools provided)
  • Possess, or willing to undergo a Basic DBS check within the last 12 months
  • Full UK driver's license (with no points if possible)
  • Ability to participate on their on-call out rota

Desirable Criteria of the Multi Skilled Operative:

  • Asbestos Awareness or Manual Handling within the 12 months
  • Plastering or plumbing qualification (NVQ 2 minimum)
