Our client, a renowned social housing provider, is seeking a customer focused individual to join their Neighbourhoods Team as a Neighbourhood Co-ordinator. This will be on a permanent, full time basis.
As the Neighbourhood Coordinator you will be delivering excellent customer service and housing related advice to all their tenants
Key responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Coordinator:
- Manage a patch of 350 homes
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers, understanding and responding to the needs of vulnerable groups
- Ensure rent is paid and homes are let quickly to maximise income
- Resolve anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues
Required skills and experience of the Neighbourhood Coordinator:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Passion for delivering first class customer service
Please note: Training will be provided and no previous housing experience is required.
Interviews will provisionally be commencing from the 10th June
