Neighbourhood Coordinator

Part Time, Permanent

16 Hours p/w

Remote working, Rochester, Kent

Our team at Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Neighbourhood Coordinator for a housing association to via part-time on a permanent basis within Rochester, Kent.

You will be working with the Neighbourhood Manager and engaging with tenant representatives and tenant groups.

Duties of the Neighbourhood Coordinator include:

  • Responsible for delivering housing services to tenants at the schemes
  • Letting properties and carrying out scheme inspections, including key health and safety checks
  • Helping tenants to keep up to date with their rent, and liaising with social services and occupational health services to ensure tenants can successfully maintain their tenancy and live independently
  • Dealing with tenancy issues, including extensive management of reports of anti-social behaviour

Required skills/knowledge of the Neighbourhood Coordinator:

  • Previous experience working as a Neighbourhood Coordinator/Housing officer
  • Experience managing ASB issues
  • Experience working within a housing management role or similar
  • A valid driving license and personal vehicle
