Our client, an organisation based in Nottingham is looking for a Neighbourhood Impact Lead in Nottingham

Duties of the Neighbourhood Impact Lead role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Providing advice and guidance to more junior members of the team
  • Leading on grade 1 ASB and high level safeguarding places
  • Establishing efficient and effective strategies to prevent ASB
  • Attending court
  • Ensuring compliance with terms of tenancy agreements
  • Working with partnership agencies
  • Conduct viewings and tenancy visits
  • Dealing with general anti-social behaviour
  • Progressing anti-social behaviour cases to resolution
  • Carrying out sign ups
  • Undertaking regular estate inspections

The successful candidate will have:

  • Housing experience
  • Sufficient experience in ASB and tenancy management
  • An awareness of the income and recovery process
  • An awareness of allocations, welfare benefits and Universal Credit
  • A full driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use
