New Home Sales Advisor
Part time, 24 hours a week
12 month Fixed Term Contract
£14,270 + £300 per completion
Our client, a social housing provider in Sheffield are looking for a New Home Sales Advisor to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will be working 24 hours a week across Saturday, Sunday and Mondays. Flexi time is available.
Duties of the New Home Sales Advisor role will include, but is not limited to:
- Managing the purchasing process of new homes
- Maintaining the development and sales suite
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Showing visitors around the sales complex
- Taking reservation fees and forms
- Liaising with financial institutions, solicitors and estate agents
