Our client, a popular London Borough Council, are looking for a newly qualified lawyer to join their Contracts Team on a locum contract, working remotely.
The council are looking for someone who has experience of contracts and procurement, ideally from another local authority. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build on their experience in an environment where they will be supported and given responsibility.
The newly qualified contracts and procurement lawyer should have an enthusiastic attitude, and in order to apply, you should be a qualified (or about to qualify) solicitor or equivalent. Prior local authority experience is beneficial, but is not a requirement if transferable skills are demonstrated.
The newly qualified contracts and procurement lawyer will be handling:
- Works and service contracts
- Framework agreements
