My client, a well-regarded Legal 500 national law firm is now seeking an NQ Corporate Solicitor to join its growing corporate department in Central Reading.
You will be joining a team headed up by 2 well-known corporate partners who are also part of a wider national team.
You will handle a range of transactional corporate matters including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, reorganisations and general advisory work. There is an enviable corporate client base here including household brand names, as well as local, regional and national companies.
Business development and networking is definitely encouraged.
You must be a commercially-minded, qualified corporate solicitor (NQ - 1 year PQE).
