NQ Private Client Solicitor

Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established legal 500 law firm based in Reading where an exciting opportunity has arisen for an NQ Private Client Solicitor to join their team.

Our clients Wills, Trusts and Estates team is expanding and as part of their growth, they are looking to appoint a newly qualified solicitor to the team.

The Role

Your day to day caseload will involve working on the full range of non-contentious matters including the preparation and drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney , as well as handling estate administration work (including advice relating to inheritance tax and the preparation of IHT accounts) for a wide range of private clients.

As part of the role, you will receive extensive supervision and training to develop your knowledge and experience in a successful private client department. In addition, you will be responsible for your own clients and caseload as well as being expected to be involved in team, and firm wide, business development activities.

You will work with colleagues on large cases whilst benefitting from supervision and support from the widely experienced team. You'll also work together with other colleagues within the contentious and non-contentious teams and take part in business develop opportunities.
