£18,000 - £20,000

Temporary, Full-time

Liverpool

Office Administrator required to join an exciting and well respected not for profit organisation based in Liverpool. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic and growing Finance team on a full-time, temporary basis with the potential for a permanent opportunity.

As the Office Administrator you will work within the Finance office on the main reception and be the first point of contact for any general enquiries alongside other duties below:

Key responsibilities of the Office Administrator

  • Answer all general enquiries face to face and via telephone
  • Cash collecting
  • Responsible for any receipts and expenses
  • Responsible for all ad-hoc duties such as ID badges
  • Taking and making payments over the phone
  • Data entry when required

Required skills and experience of the Office Administrator

  • Recent Administration experience
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well within a team
