Sellick Partnership is currently assisting a large public sector organisation in the Home Counties with the recruitment of an Operational Project Manager to join them on either a locum or fixed term contract basis for a period of 6 to 9 months and with the view to extend depending on project completion.
This is a niche and exciting role to join a large organisation which is currently looking at expanding their business function with taking on more work from other public sector organisations.
The post will require you to undertake a review of the current practice management team with streamlining their work flow and processes, mapping out current functions within the team and looking at implementing new functions to coincide with the growing business function as it progresses. A large part of this will be to set up a system for accounting and processing invoices for work which has been completed for other organisations.
There will also be a number of projects such as updating and refreshing the Lexcel manual, assist with procuring and implementing a new legal case management system to name a few.
You will be joining a team which is welcoming to change and fully on board to assist. This role is diverse and the client is happy to consider candidates on either a part time or full time basis. Ideally you will have previous experience within practice management in either a private or public sector setting or will have a legal background which has managed practice management function. Our client is looking for someone is ambitious and has experience of change management that can really assist with making the practice management function a vital part to their organisational structure.
