Sellick Partnership have been engaged to support with the recruitment of an Organisation & Workforce Development Manager for a period of 6 months minimum. Our client is looking for an individual who can join the business as soon as possible.
There is a current Workforce and Organisational Development Plan in place however my client would like this refreshed in light of updated plans to enable them to end up with an OD Plan and/or effective Programme Management for change, which challenges the organisation to fit/align, change/improvement/transformation projects into one business change roadmap.
My client would ideally like to see OD Team plan that states:
- Current organisational capability map against the stated Borough/Council future state, as articulated within the relevant business cases for each improvement intervention
- Description of the identified organisational capability gap, supported with insight into expected changing landscape within each of the service lines
- OD Transformation objectives, aligned to each intervention, by service line
- OD Transformation road map with ADKAR change plan underpinning this
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager the successful individual should have experience of project management principles, budget management and experience of planning and leading change.
