Organisational Development Manager

Sellick Partnership are currently looking to recruit an interim Organisational Development Manager for a Local Authority in South Yorkshire.

Key responsibilities for the Organisational Development Manager:

  • Organisational development, change and transformation
  • Lead on the workforce element of the Council's new Way of Working programme (e.g. hybrid working etc.)
  • Employee engagement
  • Learning and Development including Workforce Development
  • Employment hub including apprenticeships, work experience and National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP)
  • Performance management
  • Reward and recognition framework

Person specification for the organisational Development Manager:

  • A strong Organisational Development Practitioner with particular focus on change & transformation
  • Experience in large scale transformation projects

Additional information:

  • The role will be Remote working
  • The hourly rate is £32 to £38 per hour via an umbrella company
