Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting an interim Organisational Development Manager for a fast paced division of the NHS, who are going looking to drive change in line with the deliverance of a 5 year plan with a real focus on Learning & Development and company engagement.

This is a great opportunity to join the organisational development function, to evaluate, design and deliver a comprehensive Learning & Development programme, to ensure the skill sets required to deliver the long term strategy are in place with a real focus on learning interventions, upskilling, engagement and retention across all departments in the organisation working closely with senior stakeholders.

As part of a dedicated HR & OD team, the Interim Organisational Development Specialist will work closely with the senior OD Manager, Director of HR and other key stakeholders, to evaluate the current skill sets, what is required and then design and deliver a programme which will touch every part of the business whilst ensuring organisational values, behaviours and EDI are at the heart of the programme.

  • Skills Mapping - what they have in place and what do they need for the future to deliver the 5 year plan
  • Stakeholder engagement, listen and learn meetings to understand learning interventions required
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and buy in
  • Design and deliver L&D around resilience, readiness and flexibility
  • Looking at Values, behaviours, EDI and leadership and management training
  • End to end review, design and delivery of OD / L&D strategy
  • Challenging the status quo and ensuring the best outcome


You will be have significant experience in delivering organisational development and change programmes, with a real focus of your work in and around the L&D vertical. A real passion to deliver change, engage and influence senior stakeholders and ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
