PA required to join a well-established property development company based on the outskirts of Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PA to join a growing business on a permanent basis.
As a PA, you will have an interesting and varied role. Responsibilities will include;
- The first point of contact for the company
- Undertake PA duties for the Directors
- General administrative support for the office
- Assist in marketing tasks
- Assisting with viewings - showing properties
- Ensuring the business is fully compliant and running efficiently.
The successful PA must:
- Have worked in a similar role
- Have excellent written English
- Be a presentable and confident communicator
- Be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to work under own initiative
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have knowledge of property admin (desirable)
- Have commercial awareness and an interest in digital marketing an PR (desirable).
My client is offering a basic salary of £21,000 - £23,000 (subject to experience).
