An East Midlands based Local Authority is seeking a Freedom of Information Paralegal to join their legal services team.
Previous experience gained within Freedom of Information Law is desirable although not essential. Additional experience in redacting information would also be beneficial for this role.
The successful Freedom of Information Paralegal will take on a varied workload, which may include:
- Advising on data protection matters
- Answering queries from other departments
- FOI requests
This is a full-time position, and is to begin immediately for an initial period of 3 months, although there is scope for this to become a more long-term assignment.
Our client's offices are close to the train station and there is also parking onsite.
