This is an exceptional opportunity to join a small, yet highly experienced commercial legal team, operating at the highest level of commercial and legal activities. The successful applicant will be involved in a range of contract management activities, therefore strong communication skills are essential. You will be involved in administering and co-ordinating the contractual arrangements, and undertaking essential due diligence regularly. Only highly organised individuals with an immaculate eye for detail need to apply, as this role requires a highly organised and detailed orientated individual.
You will be involved in a range of company secretarial and audit duties, as well as undertaking a range of adminstrative tasks.

Ideally, you will have a passion for commercial law, and be keen to progress your career within the law. The role will be working in a small legal team, where you will have full exposure to a range of commercial legal tasks. You will have a proven track record of working within an office environment, you may be an NQ solicitor looking for a first step inhouse. You will have an immaculate eye for detail, and a very natural communicative style, for success with this role.
Pay & Benefits: £35k+ for the right candidate with benefits, 12 month fixed term contract to start ASAP, latest by end of September 2020.
