Part Time Adults Social Care Lawyer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adult Lawyer to join a reputable, well-respected local authority based in the North West. This is a locum position and will be for an initial period of 3 to 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension beyond this.

The Adults Lawyer will be dealing with a mixed caseload including:

• Deprivation of liberty
• Mental health
• Court of Protection
• General advise

This position is an amazing opportunity to join a popular authority who is very welcoming and accommodating of their staff members. The position is for 2-3 days per week so will suit someone looking for part-time hours. This role is 100% remote working.

The ideal Adult Lawyer will come from a public sector background, although candidates with relevant experience in private practice are encouraged to apply as long as the relevant experience is demonstrated.
