Commercial Property Solicitor

£42 per hour

Locum, Part time

3 months+

A Commercial Property locum is required to join a busy local authority in Kent. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is experienced in Commercial Property for 3 days a week on a locum basis and they are happy to grant 1-2 days working from home.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will be exposed to complex and interesting Property work. The local authority in question are currently their 3rd year into a scheme, where the council are buying houses for temporary accommodation in the area. Other duties will include:

Key responsibilities:

  • Commercial Leases
  • Commercial Licenses
  • Disposals

Required skills and experience:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience
  • Proven experience and knowledge of Commercial Property
  • Residential/ Conveyancing experience would be a bonus
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • An approachable, can-do attitude
