Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a small and friendly Local Authority in Wales for 22 hours a week.

As Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be required to handle a range of property law matters, including leases, licenses and sales and purchases of land, landlord and tenant matters, and disposals and acquisitions.

The successful candidate will join the team for an initial 3-6 months, with a possibility of extension.

Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Commercial Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
