A Local Authorities within East Anglia are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a part time 2 days per week basis. The council are offering fully remote working through the duration of the contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team especially if you would like to run an assignment alongside your current role.

The Property lawyer will be responsible for:

  • General property advice
  • Property Development Easements and Licences Option and Promotion Agreements
  • Commercial leases, Acquisition and sale of commercial and residential property

A Commercial Property Lawyer with local authority experience is highly preferable, however our client is willing to consider Property/Regeneration lawyers from other backgrounds with transferable skills.
