New vacancy for an Education Lawyer to join a popular London Borough Council on a part-time basis for 3 days a week. There is potential for the role to become full-time if workload continues to increase.

This is a locum vacancy, initially a 3-month contract and expected to extend beyond this. The Part-Time Education Lawyer will be working fully remotely and the Council are open to the role staying remote. As such this is a great opportunity to join this popular and diverse council, even if you did not live near to London.

Our client is seeking an Education Lawyer with previous Public Sector experience to come on board and handle a mixed caseload of education matters, including:

  • Special Educational Needs (SEN) files
  • Judicial reviews
  • Advising on general education enquiries
