Part time Employment and Contract Solicitor is required to join an organisation based in the South East on an interim basis to start as early as next week.
Our client is looking for someone to undertake a mixed caseload of employment and contracts in the main on a 2-3 day week basis. The employment work which is mainly advisory related work is matters such as grievances, capability proceedings and unfair dismissal.
You would also be expected to pick up some commercial contract related matters in relation to reviewing and advising on IP and liability clauses and reviewing and drafting routine contracts. Candidates that have experience of undertaking SAR requests as well as the above would also be highly advantageous for the client.
They are looking for someone to have experience in both areas and are open to hearing from candidates from all sectors. Our client is keen to get someone who can start relatively quickly due to sick leave cover in the team.
The role is a remote working role but there may be the expectation to go to the office on the odd occassion.
