Part-Time Litigation Lawyer

Part time Criminal and Civil Litigation Lawyer is required to join a Local Authority based in Northamptonshire for an initial period of 3 months with a view to extend.

Our client is actively seeking someone for an urgent requirement to undertake prosecutions and civil litigation work for 2 or 3 days per week. The role requires someone to undertake a range of criminal and civil matters on behalf of the council including advocacy in the Magistrates Court along with trials if possible.

This role is well suited to someone who is looking to work around other commitments or another part time position. The client is offering a compeitive hourly rate of £40 to £45 per hour and can be flexible on the working pattern as well as offering home working also.
