This local authority is based in the Midlands and you will be joining for a period of 3 months initially whilst they undergo a permanent recruitment process however there is a strong chance of extension.

You will be an experienced litigator, preferably who has worked within a public sector setting due to the nature of the work and deputising for the Senior Lawyer in their absence. You will be undertaking a caseload of mattes which include;

  • Prosecutions to include Planning enforcement, environmental health, food and safety and housing enforcement
