Part time Planning Lawyer is required to join a small local authority based in tSussex on a remote working basis for a period of 3 months and the view to extend thereafter pending permanent recruitment. They are ideally looking for someone to cover 20 hours per week.

The successful Planning Lawyer will required to undertake the following duties;

- Conducting a caseload of S106 agreements

-Planning related advice

-Planning committee attendance in person which is once a month

Our client is keen to secure a locum who is able to attend planning committee at least once a month which is in person. Our client is flexible on how the working hours are conducted. Please do get in touch with Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office.
