We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Planning Lawyer to join a public sector organisation in Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking flexible working arrangements. The role is for 1 - 2 days per week and the client will be flexible as to how those hours are worked.

This Planning Lawyer post so will involve advising on and drafting in relation to planning matters. Other duties will include:

- Planning and enforcement appeals
- Certificates of lawful development
- Drafting S.106 Agreements
- Planning Inquiries
- Knowledge of CIL schedule
- Attendance at evening planning committee

The ideal candidate will have previous public sector experience, although this is not essential. The candidate will join a well-regarded and supportive team, who are located in offices commutable from London.
