Sellick Partnership want to hear from Planning Lawyers with availability to pick up part-time hours, 21-28 hours, for a London council.
This is a locum contract for an initial 3-months with the view to extend and is entirely remote working.
The council are looking for an experienced Planning Lawyer to handle a caseload including:
- Section 106s
- Providing planning advice
- Section 278s
- Highways agreements and advice
- Judicial reviews
The Part-Time Planning Lawyer will be a qualified legal professional with relevant legal experience. Ideally they will have local authority experience but this is not a requirement.
The council are looking for someone to join them for 21-28 hours, flexible based upon the Part-Time Planning Lawyer's availability.
