Part-Time Property Lawyer

A motivated property lawyer is required to join a thriving local authority in the home counties on a part-time basis.

Our client is actively seeking someone for an urgent requirement to undertake commercial property work for 2 or 3 days per week. The role requires someone to job share the role with an existing part-time solicitor.

You will undertake a range of commercial property matters on behalf of the council, predominantly matters of conveyancing, leases and licenses.

This role is well suited to a newly/recently qualified solicitor who is looking to work around other commitments or another part time position.

The local authority is conveniently based for national transport links and is easily accessible from London. There is also free parking at the council.
