An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time property locum to undertake an assignment on a locum basis for a period of 3 months initially within a public sector organisation. Our client is looking for someone to undertake around 18 hours per week and this can be done over a period of 3 or 4 days.

You will be undertaking a caseload of commercial leases, lease extensions, commercial licenses and other miscellaneous property matters which arise. We encourage applicants to apply who are looking for a part time position. It would be ideally suited to those who have other commitments and are looking to secure work to fit around those commitments.

The work is routine so we are very interested to hear from those who are newly qualified through to experienced candidates who feel comfortable undertaking their own cases as mentioned above.

Our client offers a small and welcoming working environment and you will have support from one other team member who you would be working alongside. The role would be office based due to the short amount of hours but there is flexibility on working hours.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
