Payroll Administrator

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an excellent client based in Washington who are looking fro a Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis due to company growth. As a Payroll Administrator you will ultimately be responsible for the end to end processing of both weekly and monthly payroll from start to finish.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end processing and managing of payroll (both weekly and monthly)
  • Processing starters, leavers and payroll changes
  • Production of payslips
  • Dealing with queries & internal/ external stakeholders relating to payroll activities
  • Administering SMP, SPP and SAP
  • Administering Court Orders & Student loans
  • Manual calculations
  • Sending out of P45's, P60's, pension letters
  • Filing for HMRC

 

Person Specification:

High volume end to end processing both weekly and monthly

Comfortable Excel user

Ability to work with accuracy within a fast paced environment

Good working knowledge of statutory payments and legislations
