Payroll Assistant required to join a well-respected Public Sector organisation. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their dynamic and growing finance function on a temporary, full-time basis.
As the Payroll Assistant you will be working alongside the Payroll Supervisor to carry out all general payroll tasks alongside other duties below:
Key responsibilities of the Payroll Assistant
- Set up and process new starters
- Run monthly payroll
- General Administrative tasks
- Printing and Issuing of payslips
- Deal with employee salary and payroll queries
Required skills and experience of the Payroll Assistant
- Recent Payroll experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
- Good organisation skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
