Sellick Partnership are seeking a Pensions Lawyer to join a large and well respected Local Authority on a remote basis. They are seeking a Pensions Lawyer for around 30 hours per week, and for an initial period of 2-3 months, pending permanent recruitment.
This local authority is an administrating authority for a pension fund and the successful candidate will be required to assist the team in the following duties:
- Admitted body status queries, admission agreements and employer exits
- Pension benefit claims and the surrounding decision making process
- Administering the Independent Dispute Resolution Processes as the "Independent Person" for the Pension Administering Authority
- Advising on the application of the Regulations in respect of investment strategies and the operation of the fund generally
The role is to start ASAP in the New Year, and can be worked entirely remote.
