A well-established regulatory body within the South East of England is seeking a pensions paralegal with good experience in civil litigation to join their team on a hybrid working basis. The public authority are willing to consider both full and part time candidates with an excellent knowledge of court and regulatory procedures and a good understanding of the data protection act and freedom of information principles.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a litigation paralegal to join a friendly and growing regulatory public organisation with an excellent team environment and inclusive culture.

As a pensions paralegal there will be a variety of matters to handle from supporting lawyers with their own daily caseload to handling your own litigation cases before the first tier tribunal.

The ideal candidate for the pensions regulator role would have the following attributes;

  • Knowledge of county court and regulatory procedures.
  • Knowledge of data protection act and the freedom of information general principles.
  • Excellent paralegal experience in a commercial civil litigation setting.
  • A strong understanding of civil procedure rules.
  • The ability to manage your own caseload before the first stage tribunal.

Candidates from Private Practise and Public Authority backgrounds are encouraged to apply as the client is seeking a paralegal with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to handle their own caseload.
