An opportunity has arisen for a Childcare paralegal to join a quasi-organisation on a permanent basis.

This is a unique opportunity for a Childcare paralegal to join a forward-thinking organisation. You will be part of a big, encouraging Childcare team and support some of the best legal professionals in the industry.

As a Childcare paralegal you will deal with Public Law Child Proceedings and support two fee earners.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with bundling and drafting witness statements
  • Instructing Counsel
  • Undertaking administrative duties including diarising court dates and filing
  • Completing forms and applications
  • Opening and closing files

You will be an excellent communicator, be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure as well as have previous experience in Child Protection Law in either a Public or Private Sector setting.
