An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Local Government Property lawyer to join a quasi-organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Lawyer to join a well-established, forward-thinking organisation on a permanent basis.
As an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer you will work on a range of Local Government and Public Sector Property work, such as, Commercial leases and licenses, acquisitions and disposals, grants, regeneration, school academy conversion property transactions and DPA's.
There may also be an opportunity to undertake some "Head of Group" responsibilities at an increased salary for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer, preferably with a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience; you will also have a Commercial Property background in Local Government.
